Minnesota Winter- After two knee operations and one heart procedure, a wonderful caregive left me; I then painted this acrylic on my back. A handmade Parisienne pin adorns it.
11" x 13".Nubie was our pet goat, her milk was excellent for a stomach coating. She loved chomping on grape leaves, camilias, and romping around our 1/4 acre.

St. Louis 1929 Steamship, sailed from Germany 1939. It was refused entry by Cuba and FDR/Eleanor Roosevelt in the U.S. The ship sailed back to Germany with the doomed Jewish people. The Statue of Liberty's Bust and Torch are in the center, crying.
60"S REVISITED is a water color collage/mixed media on 11" x 14" 140 lb. cold press paper. It depicts the importance of VW Buses and Dennis Banks leading the takeover of Alcatraz by Lakota Sioux.
Above: Florence Synagogue- Built in 1874, this synagogue was bombed in World War II then renovated. It houses an incredible museum with religious scriptures from the 18th Century. It has a domed sanctuary with a mosaic floor. Canvas with pouring acrylic and splashing. Can be used for wedding congratulation cards... Below: Humming Bird for Pat and Maureen- Scientists created a first ever 3D Model of humming birds measuring the forces generated by their wings as they oscilated. The study was published March 16th, 2021. Commissioned by our kind, thoughtful, and resourceful neighbors. Measured 5'' x 7.5''.
1888 Schooner and White Whale; Acrylic on 300 LB. cold press paper. 11" x 14" Inspired by Homer's Diamond Schooner. It is similar to the one my maternal grandmother and her family came to Canada from Austria. Animal Menagerie: Acrylic and Collage 15" X 19" Canvas. Wet on Wet Technique with collage of a cow, Dumbo, black cat, our Nubian Goat, deer and Bengal Tiger.
First Stop Bahamas- This watercolor and pencil artwork was done on location en plein air in the Bahamas. We enjoyed snorkeling there. 2008.
Cow at Sonoma Ranch- This acrylic was motivated by my love of Sonoma County terrain. It's also reminiscent of a barn connected to my rental house in Woodland Hills where I spent many years doing extra work and teaching in the East L.A. Bario. I bless the cows who give beef to our meat eaters and hides for tanning.
Above: Breakers at Pt. Dumé, Malibu. 18" x 24" Canvas, Acrylic, Watercolor Pencil and Seagull collage. We spent months there enjoying the seascape, hiking trails and white sands.
These Godwits are the farthest flying birds known in our world. Their wingspan and lung capacity allows them to travel from Newfoundland to Greenland without stopping. Acrylic and Watercolor Pencils on canvas. 8" x 10".
SAHARA (LVP) This watercolor and ink on 140 lb press paper was utilized in a Power Point for Le Petit Prince-a children's theater production. I directed it in the early 2000's.

Aerial View of Lake Tahoe Near Truckee. This plane is owned by Cyrus Thomas who has flown since he was twenty-six years old. He and his wife go to concerts, Truckee, and various other venues in this RTV12 Plane. His historical knowledge of aviation is extensive. Acrylic, watercolor pencils, and ink on 300 lb. Press Paper. 7" x 10"
